Outstanding organic Provencal Rosé from one of France’s cult producers. Full flavoured and complex. Age worthy too, if you can resist drinking it now...
Clos Cibonne is one of 18 Cru Classé growers in the Côtes de Provence AOP. The estate’s 15 hectares of vineyards are located a mere 800 metres from the coast and are surrounded by hillsides in the base of a bowl that faces the sea. This is a blend of 90% Tibouren and 10% Grenache. A wonderful pinkish/orange colour with aromas of orange peel with spicy notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh and vibrant with fruit tones and saline notes. A sumptuous and vinous rosé which is capable of ageing.
