Medium-dry, this is a fine and fresh and delicately perfumed Gewurztraminer with restraint and lovely fine acidity buffering its richness. Fine, elegant and restrained, it’ll pair perfectly with spicier cuisines.

It is extremely aromatic, with unmistakable lychee, tropical fruit, floral and pepper spice fragrance and has a tendency toward higher alcohol levels, and relatively moderate acidity. It quite easily achieves the sugar levels needed to produce late harvested sweet wines, particuarly in Alsace. It pairs well with robust cuisine, including stinky cheese and spicy, fragrant Asian cuisines.
